- Subscription Mystery Box purchases for subscriptions of any duration are ineligible for returns or refunds.
- Single Box and Multiple Box purchases are eligible for returns, if unopened (including the shrink wrap) and undamaged.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the return request. The return shipping information will be provided by email in response to the return/exchange request.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund (approval or rejection, if the item was returned in an opened, used or damaged condition).
- Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a 3-10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank and may depend on the payment method.
- If you are in possession of a duplicate Mystery Box received as a gift or have extra remaining boxes from a bulk Mystery Box purchase, those boxes can be exchanged for a Mystery Box with a different mystery, if unopened (including shrink wrap) and undamaged.
- If you received a duplicate box as a gift, and would like to apply its value as a credit to a box subscription, please email us at email@example.com, and we will be happy to help!

All return and exchange packages must include:
- Return details: order number, account name, reason for return (if the box was a duplicate gift and it is being exchanged for another box, you may not have the order information, in cases like this, the order number and account name are not necessary).
- Items in original packaging/crates and in original condition, unopened (including the shrink wrap) and undamaged. If a return is received by mail and the box is opened (including the shrink wrap) or damaged, we will be unable to issue a refund or complete the exchange.
Return and exchange timeline:
30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
